| Top level managers have a critical need for guidance, feedback and support in their professional and personal lives; that's why the Corporate Mentoring Program is important. This program is designed to improve results, strengthen relationships and foster learning throughout the organization.
It has two essential components: Concept Workshops and Personal Mentoring Sessions; additional workshops on leadership, strategy, target setting and related areas are conducted, depending on specific needs. Typically, the Mentor spends one day a month in the organization to conduct a Concept Workshop (1/2 day) and Personal Mentoring Sessions (1/2 day); the minimum duration of the Corporate Mentoring Program is 12 months. |
